Tax and Clearance
Every country has different method and varying level of stringency of custom clearance. Some countries may take up to 3 days or more for clearance by the custom. Therefore we take no responsibility of delay and regulation of order as it is beyond our control.
Your country may require you to pay import duties and it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to pay any agency fee and import duty may result in confiscation and forfeit of products to the local custom of your country.

Delivery Policy
When your delivery arrives, please check thoroughly and make sure item(s) is in good condition. If your purchase item(s) is found damaged, simply reject the delivery and return it back to us immediately. Upon acceptance of the item(s) there will be no refund.
If we cannot reach the delivery address you provided or there's no one to receive the item(s) there will be a charge for reschedule delivery. If you decided not to have a reschedule delivery, we will refund you the balance after deducting shipping or process charges.
Return and Refund Policy
In order to maintain high quality standard, we will not accept return and refund of item(s) delivered unless the item(s) is damaged or dead on arrival(DOA).
In the event of damaged item(s) upon arrival, please do not sign or accept for the item(s). Once we received the DOA item(s), we will refund you.
